Terms Of Service

In order to buy a fursuit or art from us, you must read these and agree to them.

Age

You must be at least 18 years or older or have a parent/ gardian agree to purchase to your purchase of a fursuit.

Why do we do this? I have heard from many makers that they had minors buying fursuits from them, and when the fursuit gets in the home, the parent finds out the child stole their credit card and bought themselves a fursuit, and asks for a refund. This is bad for the maker, because they have to give the money back, taking money out of their personal savings because some of that money was spent on materials, and the maker can't get a refund from the company because they already used said material.

Payment

We only use PayPal for payments. I only use PayPal, so all transactions are in one place, making them easier to keep track of.

Those who are not paying invoice in full:
In order for the suit to get started, $100 must be paid. This covers materials for the base, such a foam, lycra, sheet styrene, and other things. When the base is finished, in order to continue on with work, the rest of the invoice must be fully paid off.

Refunds:
A Maximum of a $300 refund on Heads (Individually) can be offered. The other $200-ish is spent of materials to make the head. Once the materials are tampered with, I CANNOT GET A REFUND FROM ANY COMPANY.
For Handpaws (Individually), a Maximum of $40 can be refunded.
For Tails (Individually), a maximum of $20 can be refunded.
For Mini Partials (head, handpaws, tail), a Maximum of $300 refund can be offered.

Satisfaction and Safety Guarantee

It is our job to check fursuits for any noticeable mistakes and things that could be a health hazard.

If you find something that you want me to change while I'm in the middle of making your fursuit, please tell me! This includes:
-Foam Base (ear shape, muzzle, cheeks, anything that makes the shape of a fursuit head)
-Eyes
-Bucket Base
-Shave Job (if there's no way of going shorter, we won't)

However, this DOES NOT include:
-Species (that was up to you, you should wait a couple months after creating a character before you want them turned into a fursuit
-Fur pattern (same reasoning as species)
-Character's fur color (same reasoning as species)
-Suits fur colors AFTER it's been ordered (we have a back and forth conversation trying to pick out your fursuit's fur, you're ultimately picking the fur out, so that's on you)

If you find something unsafe in your fursuit after receiving it, don't hesitate to tell me! This includes:
-Pins or Needles
-Craft knives
-Bacterial smells

Customer has a month after receiving fursuit to contact me about any problems with their suit. After that, they will have to pay a servicing fee to get the problem fixed.

Contacting maker

I like to talk to people, weather it's about a fursuit or not. Here are some thing's I don't want to see when talking to anyone:
-Begging/  Bartering. I thought I listed my fursuit prices at a fair price, if you want a fursuit for less than what my prices list, please seek out someone that has lower prices
-Black Mailing. This will not be tolerated what so ever and you will be reported to a beware page.
-Sending NSFW messages. I am trying to be professional, not date someone. Please do not hit on me either.
 

Reference sheets

In order for a commission to be started, your reference sheet must meet this criteria:
-Must at least have a front and back view
-Must be easy to read/ not blurry/ in a viewable resolution
-Character must not convey hateful images/ political images
-Character must be yours or a bought adopt. I do not deal with people who think it's ok to steal. (this also includes licensed/ copyrighted characters, they're not yours, and I'm not getting sued)
 

PABAF Fursuit Style

When you commission us for a fursuit, you are going to get a fursuit that looks like our style. WE DO NOT COPY OTHER PEOPLE'S FURSUIT STYLES!!! If you want a fursuit that looks like theirs, GO COMMISSION THEM INSTEAD! You are paying for my fursuit style, not theirs. Go show that maker some love and respect.
